Closure Coaching

Finding a deeper sense of understanding, resolution and closure…….

Closure coaching and facilitation.  Each of our practitioners is a licensed and highly experienced trauma therapist with multiple years in the field.

There are many good life coaches out there, yet without a strong background treating victims and perpectrators of trauma, the risk of causing more harm is real.

Closure coaching and facilitation is not therapy.  All facilitators use an approach called "viewing" which is a systematic application of principles and techniques from both Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) and Life Stress Reduction (LSR).  For more information, please visit https://www.appliedmetapsychology.org.

“Viewing” is a 100% client-centered approach that can dramatically and profoundly improve the quality of life for most people by gaining a deeper understanding, resolution and closure of events without judgement, interpretation, or advice.

The process begins with an intake interview where a detailed case plan is compiled.  The next step is establishing a meetings schedule, typically weekly, however, some may benefit from more frequent sessions.  The client determines the topic for facilitation at the beginning of each session.  The client is responsible for maintaining and updating the case plan as an accountability measure.

This work may explore:

  1. Unresolved traumas – injuries, accidents, illnesses, other experiences

  2. Losses – loved ones, relationships, jobs, careers

  3. Current stressors – family, money, career, other relationships

  4. Low self-esteem or self confidence

  5. Areas for personal growth

  6. Reinvigorating potential

  7. Other exploration as defined by each client

The overarching goal of this work is to return each client to a more productive and satisfying life by removing the emotional charges preventing self-actualization.
